On Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 at 11:54 AM, the Santa Ana Police Department received several calls of a female down in the roadway at the intersection of Sullivan Street and Willits Street, near Lincoln Elementary School.

Officers responded to the area and found an elderly female down in the roadway suffering major injuries. Orange County Fire Authority personnel responded and began to treat the female at the scene.
