Yesterday afternoon, police officers located an occupied stolen vehicle at the corner of S. Pixley and W. Chapman Avenue, according to the Orange Police Department.
The driver, and sole occupant, was uncooperative and refused to exit the vehicle.
The suspect finally surrendered after an hour standoff and was promptly arrested.
