On 10/17/23, SAPD Officers took a report of the suspect, Omar Zeasalgado, a 37-year-old transient of Santa Ana, entering the patio of a residence in the 400 block of E. 16th Street, according to the SAPD.

The residence belongs to Zeasalgado’s ex-girlfriend who has an active restraining order against him.

During the investigation, it was found that Zeasalgado has multiple restraining order violations with the same victim. Zeasalgado is currently unhoused and has evaded police for the restraining order violations.

On 12/14/23, a warrant was issued for Zeasalgado’s arrest.
