A male suspect used a fake passport card with his face and the victim’s information to withdraw $3,600 from the victim’s bank account.

The suspect then used the same card to withdraw more of the victim’s money at a different bank in another city.

The suspect has dark hair and a goatee and was wearing a longsleeved gray shirt and dark pants when he was caught on a bank surveillance camera.

The Irvine Police Department believe this man is responsible for stealing money from multiple people. If you know this thief, please email svoigt@cityofirvine.org.
