Yesterday from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, the Costa Mesa Police Department’s Traffic Safety Bureau conducted DUI Saturation Enforcement, supported by California Office of Traffic Safety grant funds, which resulted in:

▪ 70 vehicles stopped
▪ 42 field sobriety tests administered
▪ 7 DUI arrests
▪ 1 drug possession arrest
▪ 5 unlicensed/suspended driver citations
▪ 3 vehicles impounded

The Costa Mesa Police Department reminds you not to drink and drive this holiday weekend.
