On July 3, police officers investigated a carjacking and robbery on Sky Park Circle, according to the Irvine Police Department.
A delivery driver had a truck with over $500,000 worth of merchandise taken from him at gunpoint. The box truck was later located in Lynwood. Its dash camera recorded parts of the incident.
Hector Sebastian Guerra, 27, and Jose Juan Miranda, 22, both of Los Angeles, were arrested. Both suspects face charges such as carjacking, robbery, and conspiracy.

- Same as the punishment for the crime they conspired to commit
- In this case, conspiracy to commit carjacking and robbery means they face the same penalties as those crimes
