The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of April 13 – April 20. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

- La Michoacana Creamery, 9880 Katella Ave., Garden Grove, Major violation: Plumbing in disrepair
- Top Baguette, 9016 Bolsa Ave., Westminster, Major violation: Cockroach infestation
- Red Flame, 9762 Chapman Ave., Garden Grove, Major violation: Cockroach infestation
- Sushi Koto, 18120 Brookhurst St., Suite 25, Fountain Valley, Major violation: Rodent infestation
- Mini-market at Arco, 3201 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa, Major violation: Rodent infestation
