The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of March 22 to March 29. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

Restaurants and other food businesses closed by health inspectors in Orange County from March 28 to April 5:

  • El Torito Market, 1155 W. Central Ave., Suite 101, Santa Ana, Closed: March 29, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 1
  • Kebab Place, 306 W. Fourth St., Santa Ana, Closed: April 3, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 4
  • Update: Say Karaoke at 13906 Brookhurst St., Garden Grove, closed March 26 because of a cockroach infestation, reopened March 29.

  • Update: Mama’s Kitchen at 1885 N. Euclid St., Fullerton, closed March 27 because of a rodent infestation, reopened March 29.
