The Tustin Police Department is trying to to identify the victim in an assault with a firearm investigation.
The victim was standing in front of a store when a suspect arrived and in his vehicle and pointed a handgun at him. The victim fled before the police arrived.
The Tustin Police have since arrested the suspect.
