On June 15, 2020 at approximately 7:12 am, the suspect confronted the victim and told him to return the suspect’s bike. The victim did not understand what the suspect was talking about, because the victim was walking his two dogs and did not have a bike.

The suspect appeared to be under the influence and continued yelling at the victim about the bike. The victim walked home to avoid a confrontation, but the suspect followed him and punched the victim several times in the head. The victim fought back and the suspect fled the scene.

Suspect Description: M/H/A; 5’7”- 5’10”; 20-25 years old; slender build; long black hair; Gray shirt over a black long sleeve shirt; black Anaheim Ducks logo hat; beige pants; gray backpack; and frequents the neighborhood, may be a transient.

Location: 408 E. Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana

If necessary and mandatory for not do.anything in illegal fire work means strictly dont do illegal thing specially the illegal fire work in the time of epidemic.we.need to obey the the government rule and regulation.so all the the youth they know how to give respects the authority and they are not thinking to do illegal things.and if we see a person need legal advice or help dont think about it just help them so they can’t do illegal things.
