Wanted Suspect: Rogelio Arteaga (49)
Suspect Rogelio Arteaga rented a vehicle from AVIS in 2016 and a vehicle from HERTZ in 2018, and failed to return both vehicles to the rental companies. Both vehicles have already been recovered. Arteaga has an outstanding $15,000 traffic bench warrant out of Orange County as of July 1, 2011.
