Santa Ana residents are now reporting broken street lights and graffiti online – and it seems to be working.

Some of them have started a Facebook page, called the Street Light Project.  They link to Edison’s website, where anyone can report burned out street lights.

Another new online tool is called SeeClickFix.  You can report graffiti there – and it looks like the City of Santa Ana is keeping track of the complaints and acting quickly to resolve them.  Kudos to our friends at City Hall for taking care of graffiti problems so quickly!
