Santa Ana Beautification and Arbor Day

City of Santa Ana, Downtown Orange County

Advisory: SAVE THE DATE: COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION and ARBOR DAY on Saturday, April 26, 2014 9:00 am to 12 noon

In promoting the City being named “Tree City USA” for the 15th consecutive year and to celebrate Earth Week, Santa Ana Public Works will host a Community Beautification and Arbor Day. Participants will plant trees, remove graffiti, learn about water conservation and keeping storm drains clear to the ocean. Free compost will also be provided by Waste Management along with a tree giveaway to the first 100 pre-registered participants. The Beautification and Arbor Day program will be held at Delhi Community Center and will proceed throughout the Delhi Park and surrounding neighborhoods.

When: Saturday, April 26, 2014 9:00 am to 12 noon

Where: Delhi Community Center and Park at 505 E. Central Avenue (Warner and Halladay)
