“Cesar Chavez’s legacy of hard work and dedication to public service should be something we all aspire to. It is a privilege to honor his life’s work by helping to host this event,” Solorio says. “Cesar Chavez’s example played a significant role in my farm worker upbringing in the Central Valley. This event is a great way to pay tribute to an esteemed leader who exemplified the importance of education and giving back to the community.”

Reyna adds, “This year’s Chavez Celebration will include a youth leadership conference, and speakers and entertainers that will motive local teenagers to set life goals and give back to the community. We’ll be at Santa Ana College and that’ll help get them thinking about going to college, so that’s another positive element.”

  1. Maybe we could get Councilwoman Martinez to do some crunches for us!

For someone that is SO determined to promote physical Fitness, why can’t we see her picture???

Next Up: She’ll be promoting a TAXPAYER giveaway for “greenspace” or rooftop work out space to her Guru/Snake oil salesman guy Marc Payan.

I’d rather be FAT and happy than buy into this BS.
