Christmas at the OC Zoo is set for Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, from 10 am to 4 pm, at 1 Irvine Park Road, in Orange.

Come celebrate Christmas at the OC Zoo! Visit with Santa, listen to story time with Mrs. Claus, make fun kids crafts, and get your face painted. See the animals receive treats hidden inside Christmas trees and gift boxes.

Activities are free with paid zoo admission of $2 per person, ages 2 & under are free.  Parking is $5 per vehicle.  For more information, call (714) 973-6846 or visit www.ocparks.com/oczoo.

Tucked within the sycamores and oaks of 477-acre Irvine Regional Park lies the OC Zoo. An ideal setting to exhibit animals native to the southwest, the OC Zoo features black bears, mountain lion, bald eagle and other animals that have been injured or are not releasable to the wild. The OC Zoo also features a childrens zoo with domestic goats, sheep, pigs and more. Come spend an afternoon visiting with some Orange County neighbors you dont see very often.
