A male suspect contacted a victim, who had listed his electric bike for sale on an online marketplace, to purchase it, according to the Westminster Police Department.

The parties met at a public location where the suspect paid in counterfeit money and never returned the bike after taking it for a test run.

Suspect 1: Male (See picture), possibly Asian, approximately 15-18 years old, 5’8”-5’10”, thin build, wearing a black hat, polo, pants, white shoes, earbud in right ear
