An unidentified man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after he was stabbed in the upper torso by unknown attacker(s) at 10 p.m. on Sunday night, at the 1300 block of West McFadden Avenue, in Santa Ana, according to the O.C. Register.

The victim was still alive this morning, and SAPD police investigators are looking for any information that might lead to a suspect. The motive for the stabbing is not known yet.

This attack happened near a Northgate Gonzalez Market in Santa Ana’s Ward 4, which is represented by Council Member David Benavides.
