The SAPD is looking for a critical missing person

Officers responded to the Advanced Rehabilitation Center regarding a missing patient. Officers discovered the 55 year-old patient, Tach Van Truong, had climbed out of his room window and left the facility in an unknown direction.

Truong has the mental capacity of a child and had recently arrived at the facility in the last few days for psychiatric concerns  – unable to care for self.

Missing Person: Tach Van Truong (55)

Description: Male, Asian, 5’06”, 120 lbs., Black Hair and Brown Eyes
