The MainPlace Mall will host a sensory-friendly Santa event for kids with special needs on Dec. 4

his holiday season, MainPlace Mall, a three-story super-regional shopping center in Santa Ana, California (), will host “Soothing Santa,” a sensory-friendly opportunity for children with special needs and their families to enjoy a visit and private photo session with Santa Claus in a calming environment before the mall opens to the public.

The event takes place in the “Elf on the Shelf: Santa’s Magical Photo Adventure” Santa Set in Macy’s Court from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday, December 4th.

Professional photo packages range from $39.99 to $49.99. Because space is limited, to attend this event, advance registration is required. Guests making an advance reservation will receive one free personalized phone call from Santa before their visit. Those purchasing a photo package online or in person will also receive a free personalized video from the North Pole after their visit.
