The Anti-Mall: People b4 Profit Marketplace is coming to Santa Ana on Saturday, October 13, 2012, from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm, at El Centro Cultural de Mexico, located at 313 N. Birch Street, in Santa Ana.
Awesome Hand-made goodies/gifts/necessities. Delicious food. Great Music. A wonderful sense of community. The gratifying feeling of spending your hard-earned money in an environment that is cruelty-free and just, working to create a better world for us all.

In accomplishing this mission we hope to successfully contribute in the expansion of the growing population of Conscious Consumers. We need more places to recycle and invest our money into artivist, cooperatives, businesses and projects that are truly committed to a more just economy, where workers and consumers are treated with respect and dignity.”

Our Editor, Art Pedroza, worked at the O.C. Register and the OC Weekly and studied journalism at CSUF and UCI. He has lived in Santa Ana for over 30 years and has served on several city and county commissions.
When he is not writing or editing Pedroza specializes in risk control and occupational safety. He also teaches part time at Cerritos College and CSUF. Pedroza has an MBA from Keller University.
