The OC Film Fiesta is proud to partner with United Artists of Santa Ana to present the first Taste of Santa Ana in the Artists Village. Sample savory specialties from Santa Ana’s finest restaurants & caterers as UASA recreates the glamour and spirit of the Santora Arts Building’s storied Daniger’s Tea Room, which was a culinary haven for stars of Hollywood’s Golden Age, such as Rosalind Russell, John Wayne, Alan Ladd, Jack Benny, George Burns and Gracie Allen.

Be transported back to a 1940’s cabaret, listen to live flamenco entertainment and savor food-inspired fashion presented by D & A Fashioneers.

The Taste of Santa Ana starts at 6:30pm following the free Film Fiesta screening of the the sizzling Rita Hayworth classic Gilda (1946) and tour of the Santora Arts Building.

The tour also includes a stop at Rita Hayworth’s former dance studio in the Santora Building. A must for Rita Hayworth fans!

This event also features live performances by Miguel Pulido Jr., Omar Avalos & Claudia de La Cruz and a movie-theme art show organized by United Artists of Santa Ana.

The Taste of Santa Ana start at 6:30pm on Saturday, Sept. 8 following the free Film Fiesta screening of the Rita Hayworth classic Gilda (1946) and tour of the Santora Arts Bldg.
