A man walked out of a Walmart in Irvine last Saturday night with a bright blue Beach Cruiser.

Police officers responded to the area and found the suspect riding his new stolen toy in the area of Dyer and Pullman in Santa Ana.

The suspect fled from officers, but they were able to catch up to him a short time later near Dyer and the 55 Freeway.

Francisco Javier Hernandez, 47, was arrested and booked at Orange County Jail on burglary, resisting arrest, and possession of narcotics charges.
