TARGET FREE FIRST SUNDAY

The Bowers Museum offers free admission to the museum on the first Sunday of every month – which is today, Sunday, December 2, from 10 AM – 4 PM. See our newest visiting exhibit: Read My Pins: The Madeleine Albright Collection.  Admission to Read My Pins and Fabergé is free to all as time and space permits. Visitors to the Bowers can enjoy free access to the museum, Kidseum, and all activities on the first Sunday of every month, thanks to the Target Corporation. Due to occupancy limits of popular and specially ticketed exhibits, ticket distribution is limited to 1500 tickets per day, 250 per hour on a first-come, first-served basis. All visitors must be present at the time of ticket distribution. Reservations are not accepted.

WINTER SOLSTICE FAMILY FESTIVAL

Don’t miss the Winter Solstice Family Festival set for today, Sunday, December 2, from
12 NOON – 4 PM, at the Bowers Museum.  Sponsored by the Nicholas Endowment.

On the first Sunday of every month, the Bowers invites you to bring your family for a fun and entertaining afternoon of cultural engagements. Each month highlites a different cultural theme including music, dance, arts, and food. Sponsored by the Nicholas Endowment. Great fun for all ages
