Find out if you qualify for the Federal Making Home Affordable Program, Keep Your Home California Program or other loan workout options from your lender.

DATE: Every Tuesday from 12-4:30pm (Next session set for Oct. 25)

LOCATION: Assistance League of Santa Ana at 1037 West First Street, Santa Ana, CA 92703 (enter off 2nd Street).

What should you bring to the event?

PLEASE MAKE COPIES TO LEAVE WITH LENDER/COUNSELOR

 Copies of your recent mortgage statement

 Copies of your two most current pay stubs

 Copies of your most recent 2 years’ W2’s & tax returns

 A list of your monthly expenses

 All Information on the Loan Modification Company and copies of checks & payments for services.
