Yesterday, around 4:30 p.m., a vehicle evading police from Santa Ana came into Costa Mesa, according to the Costa Mesa Police Department.

The driver only stopped when he crashed into other vehicles in the area of Bristol Street and Sunflower Avenue.

Fortunately no injuries were reported.

The suspect was taken into custody by Santa Ana Police Department and Costa Mesa police officers took the collision reports.

If you saw both departments in the area yesterday, they were taking this guy off the streets!

The driver most likely was booked into the Santa Ana City Jail. He won’t be driving again for a while….
