A male suspect was arrested by the Fountain Valley Police Department on Saturday evening after he lit a fire, as they posted on Facebook.

The suspect made a huge mistake as it turned out there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest, on other charges.

The suspect also was discovered to have drug paraphernalia in his possession.

The suspect apologized to the police officer who arrested him but was rewarded with a free ride to the Fountain Valley Jail.

The suspect was not identified by the Fountain Valley Police but you may review their arrest logs here.
