A police chase ended in the Tustin area with the driver and passenger in custody. Two children were also found in the car, according to KABC News.

The CHP pulled over the suspect in the San Juan Capistrano area today but the driver of the vehicle took off after initially stopping.

The CHP gave chase traveling up the 5 Freeway north. The pursuit finally ended near Red Hill Avenue, in Tustin, when the CHP conducted a successful PIT maneuver.

The police officers found two children in the backseat of the disabled vehicle. The driver and a passenger were arrested.

Apparently one of the children seemed to need medical attention but the exact condition of the child is not known at this time. The child was taken to a hospital by an ambulance.
