WESTMINSTER, CA – On Friday, November 7, 2025, at approximately 3:27 a.m., the Westminster Police Department received a call from the Garden Grove Police Department regarding a fatal traffic collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the area of Bolsa Avenue and Ward Street.

Garden Grove Police initially received the call from the involved driver, who remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officers. Upon further investigation, it was determined the collision occurred within the City of Westminster’s jurisdiction.

Westminster Police Department Traffic Division investigators and patrol officers responded to the scene and conducted a comprehensive investigation. DUI does not appear to be a factor at this time.

The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
