Wanted suspect arrested on weapons narcotics and ID theft charges after a Fountain Valley traffic stop

A traffic stop for a vehicle code violation resulted in an arrest for identity theft, burglary tools, narcotics, a weapons violation (baton), and warrants, according to the Fountain Valley Police Department.

Great proactive work by one of Fountain Valley’s newest police officers!

As the suspect had active warrants for his arrest he is looking at prison time.

  1. Police empowered to do their job results in lower crime. Yet many CA lawmakers are pro-actively trying to protect criminals by making this kind of traffic stop– a stop for minor vehicle code violations– not legal. Vote out the pro-criminal lawmakers who aren’t protecting you!
