Over the last few weeks, the Irvine Police Department’sSpecialized Investigations Unit (SIU) developed information about a man selling narcotics to Irvine residents.

Yesterday, SIU police detectives contacted the man, who turned out to be on probation for narcotics sales.

During a compliance search of his home and business, over $100,000 in cash, 2,000 pressed pills, and assorted narcotics were located.

The man also had multiple firearms, ammunition and was driving a stolen vehicle.

During the investigation, another man was contacted, and he had a second stolen car.

The two men, who were residents of Santa Ana, were arrested and booked at Orange County Jail.
