Juveniles arrested after throwing rocks at cars in Huntington Beach

The Huntington Beach Police Department has received several reports of rocks being thrown at moving vehicles along PCH between Seapoint St. and Warner Ave., as well as in other parts of the City. This reckless behavior endangers lives and can cause devastating accidents, severe injuries, or even death.

During one incident, two juveniles were arrested, and in others, witnesses reported seeing juveniles on e-bikes fleeing the scene.

Our message is clear: Rock-throwing at moving vehicles is a serious crime. When the HBPD police officers catch you, you will be arrested and charged to the fullest extent of the law.

The HBPD has zero tolerance for this dangerous behavior. Their officers have increased patrols in these areas and continue investigating these incidents.
