The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of April 11 to April 19. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

  • The Tenampa Sports Bar, 4522 W. First St., Santa Ana, Closed: April 16, Reason: Operating without a valid health permit, Reopened: April 16
  • The Tulsa Rib Company, 220 E. Katella Ave., Orange, Closed: April 15, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 16
  • JK Food Store, 492 N. Tustin Ave., Orange, Closed: April 17, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 19
  • OB Square, 13832 Red Hill Ave., Tustin, Closed: April 16, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 17
  • Walt’s Wharf, 201 Main St., Seal Beach, Closed: April 17, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 18
  • Nekter Juice Bar, 20355 Yorba Linda Blvd., Suite E, Yorba Linda, Closed: April 17, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 17
  • Mr. G’s, 305 Marine Ave., Newport Beach, Closed: April 16, Reason: Operating without a valid health permit, Reopened: April 18
  • Big Bob’s Liquor, 409 E. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, Closed: April 16, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 16
  • Tio Chava’s Mexican Restaurant, 18452 Yorba Linda Blvd., Suite C, Yorba Linda, Closed: April 15, Reason: Plumbing in disrepair, Reopened: April 15
  • Food Mart at Shell gas station, 32001 Camino Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano, Permit downgraded to prepackaged foods only: April 12, Reason: Insufficient hot water/plumbing in disrepair, Full permit reinstated: April 16
  • Dos Amigos, 8546 Chapman Ave., Stanton, Closed: April 12, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 16
  • Kitchen at El Bekal, 1320 S Sanderson Ave., Anaheim, Closed: April 11, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 12
  • Casa Dulce at Anaheim Marketplace, 1440 S. Anaheim Blvd., Suite I-8, Anaheim, Closed: April 11, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 11
  • Cafeteria at Crescent Elementary School, 5001 E. Gerda Drive, Anaheim, Closed: April 11, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 15
  • We Got It! at 76 station, 8505 Katella Ave., Stanton, Closed: April 11, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: April 11
  • Art Of The Party, 17290 Newhope St., Suite A, Fountain Valley, Closed: April 11, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 15
  • Marisqueria La Jaiba Loka, 1440 S. Anaheim Blvd., Suites I-18-20, Anaheim, Closed: April 11, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: April 12
  • Update: Pizza Pub at 1501 W. Whittier Blvd., La Habra, closed April 11 because of a rodent infestation, reopened April 12.
  • Update: Cafeteria at Orangewood Academy, 13732 Clinton St., Garden Grove, closed April 9 because of a rodent infestation, reopened April 12.
  • Update: Kitchen at Vagabond Inn, 3205 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa, closed April 9 because of a cockroach infestation, reopened April 15.
