The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of Nov. 15 to Nov. 23, 2018. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

  • Costa Azul Restaurant, 800 W. 17th St., Santa Ana, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Nov. 21
  • Kathy Market Agua, 700 E. 1st St., Suite B110, Santa Ana, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • Bobby D’s Mexican Restaurant, 2139 N. Tustin St., Orange, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Sewage overflow, Reopened: Nov. 20

  • The Flame Broiler, 2139 N. Tustin St., Suite B-6, Orange, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Sewage overflow, Reopened: Nov. 21
  • Firehouse Subs, 2139 N. Tustin St., Suite 913, Orange, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Sewage overflow, Reopened: Nov. 20
  • Magic Mike’s Pizza, 6152 Garden Grove Blvd., Westminster, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Guppy House, 5642 E. La Palma Ave., Suite 107, Anaheim, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Blaze Pizza, 2139 N. Tustin St., Suite 3, Orange, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Sewage overflow, Reopened: Nov. 20
  • Thai Time Cuisine, 330 N. Harbor Blvd., La Habra, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Nov. 21
  • Sapporo Sushi, 5491 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, Closed: Nov. 20, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Nov. 21

  • Jack In The Box, 4625 Coast Highway, Newport Beach, Closed: Nov. 15, Reason: Sewage overflow, Reopened: Nov. 15
  • Update: Blaze Pizza at 103 W. Imperial Highway, Suite A, Brea, closed Nov. 15 because of insufficient hot water, reopened Nov. 15
