On two separate occasions, a male suspect has stolen alcohol from the Target at the Westminster Mall.
- Suspect: Male Hispanic, 5’8”, 190 pounds, dark hair in a ponytail, mustache
- Suspect Vehicle: Newer model white Chevy Suburban or similar
