The SAPD is trying to identify a drive by shooting suspect who killed a man

Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect vehicle, according to the SAPD.

On Monday, August 26, 2024, at 6:42 p.m., a homicide occurred near 810 S. Townsend Street in Santa Ana.

A 32-year-old man was fatally shot.

Suspect Vehicle Description:

  • Make/Model: Honda Accord EX (2013-2016)
  • Color: Silver
  • Features: Sunroof and 10-spoke wheels; windows without visible tint
  • License Plate: California temporary plate, with the first letters possibly being “D” and “E”

This case qualifies for the Gang Reward Program.
