On July 17, 2024, a 13-year-old victim disclosed to her mother that her stepfather, Eduardo Santana, had sexually assaulted her on numerous occasions since she was five or six years old, according to the SAPD.
In addition, he also showed the victim pornography on one occasion.
The victim no longer has contact or communication with Eduardo, and his whereabouts are unknown at this time.
