On 03/25/2020 at approximately 6:50 PM, the victim was shot and killed at El Salvador Park located at 1825 W. Civic Center Drive. The suspect has been identified by detectives as Daniel Contreras who is a documented gang member.

Contreras was in possession of a .40 caliber handgun, which is outstanding. A warrant has been issued for Contreras’ arrest. Contreras is considered armed and dangerous.
