The American Red Cross OC is hosting a Volunteer Open House on March 8

The American Red Cross of Orange County is hosting a Volunteer Open House on March 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at their Santa Ana location, at 600 N Parkcenter Dr. Parking is free.

You’re invited to support your community by becoming an American Red Cross volunteer. If you’re exploring volunteer opportunities, then check out this Volunteer Open House and hear from current volunteers about the work they do and ways you can roll up your sleeve and help your community.

Stop by any time between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and learn how you can turn compassion into action.

Requirements

  • Age Minimum (with Adult): 13+, Minimum Age:18+

The need for volunteers is constant. Whether it’s responding to disasters, supporting a blood drive, or helping members of our military and their families, your time and talent can make a real difference in people’s lives.

Volunteers make up 90 percent of the Red Cross workforce, representing a variety of age groups and skill sets. Volunteers with the American Red Cross can set flexible schedules and choose their area of interest.
