2013 OC Fair Welcomes Celebrity Chefs Jaime Martin del Campo & Ramiro Arvizu of La Casita Mexicana Restaurant and Michael Chiarello of Bottega and Coqueto

Costa Mesa, Calif. (July 19, 2013)  The 2013 OC Fair (July 12-August 11) welcomes celebrity chefs Jaime Martin del Campo and Ramiro Arvizu (July 20) and Michael Chiarello (August 1) in The Hangar at the OC Fair at 4 p.m. Both cooking demonstrations are free with Fair admission and will be followed by a Q&A.
            
Jaime Martin del Campo and Ramiro Arvizu (July 20) are chefs and owners of the award-winning La Casita Mexicana Restaurant, which was named one of the best Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles by theLos Angeles Times. The pair has shared their culinary brilliance of Mexican cuisine on several cooking shows including “Throwdown with Bobby Flay” and “The Naked Chef,” in addition to appearances on NBC’s “Today Show” and Univision’s “Despierta America.”

Michael Chiarello (August 1) is the renowned, award-winning chef and owner of Bottega in Napa Valley and Coqueto in San Francisco. Michael has been a national television host of his own shows on PBS, Food Network and Cooking Channel, and has appeared on Bravo’s “Top Chef,” “Top Chef Masters” and “Iron Chef America.” He is also the host of “Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello,” airing daily on PBS. After his OC Fair demonstration and Q&A, Michael will also hold an autograph signing session.

The 2013 OC Fair, themed Come & Get It,is July 12 – August 11 and brings 23 days of food, rides, exhibits, animals, music, action sports and fun, as well as the Toyota Summer Concert Series at the Pacific Amphitheatre, The Hangar and Action Sports Arena. The Fair is open Wednesday-Sunday. Concert tickets, action sports reserved seats and single-day general admission are available for purchase online atticketmaster.com or from the on-site Box Office. The popular Super Pass, which offers the passholder 23 days of admission, is available for purchase online at ocfair.com from the onsite Box Office.
