State Senator Lou Correa and Supervisor Shawn Nelson are joining forces, along with the Illumination Foundation, to promote a Community Health Expo in Anaheim, on Saturday, September 25, 2010, from 9am-3pm.

The event will be located at Maxwell Park, which is at 2700 W. Broadway, in Anaheim.
