OC Business and Community Leaders Experience a Day in the life of a Principal during SAUSD’s Principal for a Day

Event: Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) will host “Principal for a Day” to provide members of the community an opportunity to experience the daily operation of a school. Each of the district’s 56 schools will have a guest principal from the community on campus. Following their morning assignments at their specified schools, the guest principals will join all the principals in the Santa Ana Unified School District for a luncheon and program at Santa Ana High School in which they will share their experiences earlier in the morning at their schools.

Who: A sampling of guest principals include members of the SAUSD Board of Education, council members from the City of Santa Ana, educators from higher learning institutions, law enforcement, retail, restaurant, and many other industries.

Date: Friday, March 27, 2015

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Schools) 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Santa Ana High School)

Location: All SAUSD schools will have visuals of guest principals. For recommendations, please contact the SAUSD Communications Office at 714-558-5555 or 714-673-4995. The luncheon portion will be held at Santa Ana High School, 520 West Walnut Street, Santa Ana CA, 92701.
