Officer Involved Shooting update: Suspects Information

1. Petrica Muntean (19) Anaheim
2. Karen Ensaldo (20) Anaheim

They will be booked for Robbery, Possession of Stolen Property and Felony Evading

Details:

At approximately 1112 hours Orange County Sheriff Deputy’s received a LOJACK activation in the area of Bristol Street /Hesperian. The stolen vehicle was taken in a robbery at approximately 0650 hours today in the City of Anaheim . At approximately 1134 hours the occupied carjacking vehicle was located in the area of 2200 N. Pacific, a pursuit ensued of the vehicle through the residential area.

The pursuit concluded in the area of 18th/Alona when the vehicle collided with two parked vehicles and a tree. An O.I. S. took place with the driver suspect #1 Muntean being struck once, sustaining a non-life-threatening injury. Suspect #2 Ensaldo sustained a laceration under her chin believed to be caused from the traffic collision. No officer injured and all notifications made.

Investigation continues.
