Last time i checked Vietnamese had to swim further than Mexicans to come to America. Van Tran should post his trannies at all the ports in the pacific coast make sure he keeps illegal vietnamese out of this county. I have never known for Mexico to have communist tendencies neither so who is the bigger threat to this country? Can he also tell me how many vietnamese fought for this country during WWII?
The letter talks about stopping terrorism and illegal smuggling (drugs and humans I assume.)

There is however a drug war going on in Mexico, because Americans love to take drugs, but don’t want to decriminalize them. Over 28,000 Mexicans have died, most of them killed by American guns smuggled over the border.
