Police locate Missing Adult from the area of the 1600 Block W. 2nd street

UPDATE: At approximately 0100 A.M., the missing adult was located by Officers in the Downtown area he was safe and returned to his home

Rumaldo Herrera Madrid an 88 year old male Hispanic suffering from dementia walked away from his family home this afternoon. He took his prescribed medication this morning prior to leaving the house.

He is wearing a medical bracelet with contact information for his daughter. He has left home in the past and can usually be located walking around in the neighborhood. Officers are currently conducting a search for the subject with the assistance of airship Duke.
