Orange County Superintendent of Schools Appointed

COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, JUNE 6, 2012 – At the Orange County Board of Education Meeting this evening, open interviews were conducted for the position of Orange County Superintendent of Schools.

Following the interviews, the Board announced its decision to appoint Al Mijares as Orange County Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Mijares has been appointed to complete the term of William M. Habermehl, which ends on January 5, 2015.
