A Mother’s Day Celebration & Conversation with laureate author, actress and historian Miluka Rivera at Librería Martinez de Chapman University, is set for this Saturday, May 11, from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

This event is dedicated to pioneer legend Elena Verdugo (Marcus Welby). Please join us for a delightful evening of arts, poetry and the empowering history about the contributions of Latinos in cinema pre-dating silent era, with movie clips and a reception.
