Advisory: Major Traffic Congestion Expected in the Area of 17th Street and Broadway Due to Ongoing Construction

SANTA ANA, CA (March 26, 2014) – Due to construction projects in the area, westbound 17th Street between Main and Broadway is reduced to one lane until tomorrow after 5 p.m. Cal Trans has also advised that the Broadway off ramp from the 5 freeway has been shut down and traffic is being diverted to the Main Street off ramp. These projects are creating heavy traffic congestion and motorists are asked to use alternate routes.
