Police detectives have tracked down two suspects wanted for stealing credit cards and other belongings from an unlocked car that was parked at the Somerset Apartment Homes, according to the Irvine Police Department.

The suspects were identified with the help of a neighboring police agency that recognized them from a Wanted Wednesday Facebook post on 2/21/2024 by the Irvine Police Department.

Detectives have caught up with the suspects and charges have been filed. However the Irvine Police Department did not release the names of the suspects, who both appear to be women.

These suspects tried to use the victim’s credit cards twice in Tustin, but the cards were declined.

They were seen driving a gray vehicle. If you have any more information about these suspects please contact jsampson@cityofirvine.org.

  1. You should have identified them so if these women apply for jobs, people know about them.
