AltaMed Health Services “Mobile Health Clinic Session”
The AltaMed Mobile Health Clinic will be visiting Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 19, from 9 am – 5 pm, and providing the following services:
- Well – Child and School Physicals*
- Immunization Updates*
- Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance for Healthy Families and Medi-Cal.
