Former SAUSD School Board Trustee Nadia Davis Lockyer survived a brief addiction to meth and a resignation from the Supervisor’s office she was elected to – and has apparently restored her marriage to former State Treasurer Bill Lockyer. Now she has announced a huge surprise on her Facebook page – she is expecting a baby!
Nadia is 43 years old and her husband is 74 years old. They have an 11-year-old son, Diego.

This Mother’s Day is beyond special – We are pregnant! Yes, the Lockyer’s are expecting to give another beautiful gift to this world. Love and blessings to all the glorious mothers out there – Thank You for making the world a better place through your mother love and powers!
The Lockyers still own a house in Hayward but live most of the time in Southern California, where Bill works for the law firm Brown Rudnick LLP in its office in Irvine (Orange County), according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
I sincerely hope that Nadia has it all together for good now – for her and her family’s sake. She would have had a very promising political career.
